Grandfather sued for US$600 000

ROFLOL! What a load of bollocks from the movie industry! Sueing for $600,000, and how much did they actually loose? The price of 4 movie tickets! Sounds almost as if they have the same principles as teklom!
 
MPAA and RIAA should be embracing new technology and stop trying to fight a losing battle. Although piracy is wrong - blah - blah - blah - so are the prices we're forced to pay for music and movies.

Apple has proven, with iTMS, beyond a doubt that if you provide a consumer with a legal means of downloading music and tv shows people will pay for them. Of course this is where the real greed starts to show cos where the record labels like Sony (**spit**) were getting some serious coin for doing absolutely nothing now that they've seen the service works they want even more money - still for doing nothing.

Simple human nature yin/yang - greed being balanced by piracy.
