Hi Everyone,
I haven't owned a scanner in a while so I'm not up to speed with the latest tech. I need a good scanner that is capable of doing transparencies aswell as negatives. Now back in the day this was def not a standard feature, not sure if it is now.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated:D

well you can go to www.hp.com and get information on any scanner you want
the site lists the scanner models and their features in detail so you can make up your mind in which scanner to buy
i have a hp scanjet 3200 C and it works really well
though the model is old now
hp recently has come out with very good looking sleek scanners

I secon...err..fifth the canon suggestion. I'm VERY happy with my LIDE 35 - Though a bigger model will have all the slide attachments and whatnot.

My Epson 4990 photo gives me happy days results. especially with the trannie adapter, bit bulky though, but I like machinery like that..

I ended up buying the cannon lide 500f, which has turned a good but except for the fact that you can only scan 35mm film:( . It comes with a FAU, or film Adapter Unit. Does anybody know if there is a transparency adapter unit available for this scanner?
Thanks Again
