Qualifications Required
• Matric
• Sales Diploma
• Marketing Management/ Business Management Degree or equivalent
Experience Required
• 5-7 years experience in Sales Management
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Proven leadership ability and ability to drive sales teams
• Strong Leadership, team building, creative problem solving, analytical thinking and communication skills
• Computer Literacy
• Pastel Evolution
• General Administrative experience
• Sourcing/ purchasing experience
