T-Online, the internet unit of Deutsche Telekom, won 342000 new DSL customers in Germany in the three months to September, and 405000 new DSL customers overall, taking its total to 4,6-million.

T-Online now offers flat rates as low as €9,95 a month, just a third of its former best-selling €29,95 flat rate, which it slashed to €14,95 in July.
