If only they were carrying bandwidth over.. how else would you get negative cap? Oh yes, of course, with useless service and constant screw ups from WBS, how else.

Maybe a bandwidth carry over Gres as Ekhaatvenster said? Would that be correct figures ... that would definately be a step in the right direction
Better not to have a carryover as that could also work in the reverse, like using up 2 months BW in one month and then sitting without any the following month.

Nah they wouldn't let you use up more than 3gigs or your cap size in one month... thats really stupid. Carry overs on cap could work, but shurley they wouldn't just implement that without any warning? I would like it though, especially if you had a holiday and could then use the one months bandwidth during the next month.
Seriously doubt that this is the case though, theyre having problems with the page, its probably just a screw up.

well if it's on N/A for remaining... just download till they manage to fix it... not like they can trace your usage at the moment....

Do we know that? I thought that all we know is that the bandwidth status page doesn't tell us the bandwidth status. I don't see how this proves that the back-end isn't (a) still counting traffic and (b) standing by to apply the after-cap limit when the time comes.
looks like they somehow keeping track.

Not sure, but isnt WBS Bandwidth Monitor session based (http://www.iburst.co.za/faq.php#a24)?
Not sure how it works if you are on the i-Go pacakge?

was supposed to be session based.....
one of my customers has however done >6GB and it's still reflected as 3GB avail... things just don't seem consistent atm the moment...
