Mweb stint ends today - Back to capped accounts (and speed) for me

So my Mweb account ends today and going to give the 50Gb Afrihost account a bash for a month.

Will have to watch what I download though :( but thankfully it's only for another 5 months.

Let us know how the step by step process goes on your twitter feed if you can. Really really made my day and i need to know minute by minute how it goes.
 
Yeah good luck with Afrihost, I'm on the 50gb & been having lots of issues. Some do, some don't so like I say good luck.

I am not certain that 11 posts a day is exactly spending my life here, gaming achievements? Bru i havent played a game in years.

So have you tweeted this yet bud? Maybe you can let us know your usage as well? you know forum gaming whores need to know all this stuff because we have no lives :D. Yet the person with a life posts this kuk on myBB :D.

O come on where is the twitter feed?

Why be such a prat about it? If he wants to post about him cancelling his Mweb account, let him? Bloody hell.

Bang for buck the mweb account is worth it, but not if you're wanting consistent speeds. I'd much prefer to know I'll have full line speed when I need it.

Deep down inside we all want to be the interweb police and be a big boy on MyBB from behind our keyboards. :p

gl with the Afrihost account.. I know I have no issues with mine but as I have seen, others tend to have one here and there.

giving them a chance is the right choice though.
 
Can't blame you for the move, MWEB's been throttling the cr@p outta their user accounts of late.
 
What exactly is the difference between shaping & throttling? I was under the impression that shaping offered dynamic changes to the bandwidth on that protocol (goes up and down depending on traffic) where as throttling is just a static change.
