Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interact with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Account Managers, Developers and Clients
- Manage and implement an effective QA environment
- Develop, implement and report on test plans for development and regression testing
- Interpret business requirements and functional specifications
- Compile relevant test scenarios and cases
- Compile and maintain Regression Testing IO Documents in conjunction with the QA Manager
- Configure system in preparation for testing
- Perform QA Testing off all tasks completed by Developers according to the test cases compiled
- Compile QA reports
- Perform Regression Testing
- Perform Release Testing
- Log tasks raised by testing
- Identify risk areas or possible process improvements and suggest possible solutions in the QA reports

- Testing and sign-off of functionality and project plan timeline.
- Create a pull culture of business processes;
- Improvement of process and testing of it
- Ensuring that the relevant manuals are always updated with the latest information
Requirements:
Knowledge: (Qualifications and Experience)
- Knowledge of the Group Risk Business will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Group Risk Legislation will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Risk Schemes Administration process
- Understanding of the SDLC
- Knowledge of testing methods (PIT, SIT, UAT, BRT)
