[UK] BT losing ground in fight for broadband customers

I thought this was worth posting given that Telkom allways refer to BT when discussing caps. It's worth pointing out that their customers don't seem that enamoured with the idea either.

Indicative of a true competive market with a Regulator who has teeth and with British Courts support.
BT tried some time ago to play games with local loop access and also allowing competitors restricted access to their exchanges to install DSLAMs.
The regulator soon saw them off...oh that we should see such action

We need a special Telkom font for MYADSL. Very big and in the corporate colours. So if Papi makes a visit betweeen snorting coke off hookers breasts he gets the message
