Just an idea for the guys at CellC - try eating your own dogfood (as they say in software development teams).
I tried logging into the portal to check my balance, as one does at this time of the month, but no way would it accept my password. I tried resetting it by having it sms'ed to me and entered that one. No luck. It just keeps asking for you to enter the phone number, password and that damned 4-letter code, until you're informed that you are locked out. Wait out the lockout period to end, and the same cr@p starts all over again.
Called the call centre, and as the extremely tired/disinterested sounding individual answered (quite quickly I must add) Trevor cut in asking me to rate the service. By the time he'd finished being annoying the agent was gone. Tried again, another tired/disinterested agent who had no idea what I was on about, and then he lost me while putting me through to someone else.
You're going to have to try harder, CellC. This is not professional. (And I'm still unable to check my balance online).
