As the title says, does the board support a single DIMM? Reason is, I have only for a 51mb stick, will buy another in the near future.

if the mb only supports a single dimm then i think its really stupid
 
Most boards support 2 at least, i have never come accross a board that only supported 1 Dimm RAM stick, So its very unlikly
 
i think what he is asking is if it will work with only one stick of ram, ie not in dual channel. rsachoc it will be fine to use one stick and then add the other later
 
Yeah, that would work, but i thought he asked if that mb has one ram slot only, and i never saw one, but nothing is impossible even gigabyte with its support for 4 gfx cards.

Well the other day i saw a mobo that only had 1 slot for ram, but it had 256MB Ram already on-board, built onto the mobo.
