Article: ANCYL calls Press Ombudsman Joe Thloloe "useless and toothless"

The ANCYL called Press Ombudsman Joe Thloloe "useless and toothless" on Tuesday, accusing him of undermining democracy after he refused a request to investigate how two newspapers misquoted its president Julius Malema.

In an attack on Thloloe, ANC Youth League (ANCYL) spokesman Floyd Shivambu offered him "best wishes" in his continued effort to "erode the little respect" he had from other people.
 
These ANCYL folk worry me a little.

They consistently sound very, very stupid, always very, very angry and never seem to have the slightest handle on the matters they squawk about.
 
It only matters to them WHEN IT AFFECTS THEM DIRECTLY.

They are not interested in morals, principles and upholding the rights of all citizens. The me-me-me sydrome.
 
Someone should give them a heard up about the movie Finding Nemo II ,casting for new sea gull talent has started
 
Floyd "I mean what I say and I say what I mean" Shivambu seems to be under the impression that the Ombudsman is there to satisfy his need for his own personal witch hunt. A retraction and apology was issued without involving the Ombudsman yet this toss pot is still unhappy.
