So Citizen wins main part of case but has to pay R50 000 fine for saying that he did not show contrition.

The article questioned the appointment of a murderer to Police Chief of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality. What is poor about that? By my reckoning his appointment has cost the metro more than R10 million (and counting) by now.

Mandela did not personally kill anyone.

He was responsible for the procurement, the manufacturing and the planning of a bombing campain.

The bombing of Park Station was planned by Mandela but executed by John Harris.

Harris was executed by hanging in 1965.

Mandela should also have hanged for the crime but his sentence was commuted.
