Does anyone know if the cancellation terms for MTN SP (1 calendar month) are in breach of the consumer protection act?
On their web site they say 30 days but on the cancellation form and in their terms and conditions they say 1 calendar month. The problem I have is that they are only too willing to do a pro-rata for the start month. Shouldn't the end of the contract be the same?
While it's not a lot of money (my contract is due to end on the 20th of May anyway, it's extremely annoying and IMHO, a rip off.
