now im not talking about the queues to go and book for a drivers test, im talking about the time duration between date booked and date of test.
When my older brother did his test (Jan 2006) he had to wait 2months (by world standards thats still long) and I remember this clearly because I remember the day he got his licence like it was yesterday.
So now for me I made a booking 3months ago, i still have 2months more of waiting (mid June is my D day). if it matters I'm talking about the testing center in Port Elizabeth.
I live in Cape Town most of the year and even here its not "that" much better with a 3month waiting Queue in most of the main testing centers. I know a lot of people in NZ who say that they can fail a test and redo it the same afternoon if youre lucky. (although NZ have a different licensing strategy)
