Icasa casts wary eye on cellphone call costs

Hearings should not be held until the previous hearings have resulted in something cpncrete. I wonder what their booze,hotel and food bill comes to a year. Getting fat on tax payers money doing stuff all except look interested at hearings which leads to nothing unless Telkom is the agrieved party. Fire them!
 
Hearings?

What happened with the ADSL hearings? - nothing. So what can we expect? More nothingness most likely.
 
Yay another talk shop to pump out 'findings' that never amount to anything.

Hooray. Just what we need! :) More hearings. I mean after their incredible success in roping in Telkom and getting us all good telecommunications, I have every faith in ICASA that they'll sort the cell costs within 3 weeks.
 
Yeap, now the cell companies KNOW they have nothing to fear.

Vodacom: Around my ankles.
CellC: Oh, thats just little ICASA - no worries, his bark is worse than his bite.
