French mobile phone firms fined

Funny thing about fines is that its still people's money that has been taken.. the firms should rather have been forced to reduce tariffs.

But that's just speaking from a consumer point of view :D
 
Well it is a step up from talking about holding talks about the viability of talking about doing something. :D

Wonder how ICASA's corruption investigations are going...
 
so will their fees go up to cover/recoup it ? heh ICASA needs to take notes, also is that a significant enough fine ? Is all fine and dandy to fine a company but when you make tons of money and fined cheaply you don't really mind.
