telkom/office email on my bb

I am trying to set up my office email provided by telkom on my blackberry. please help
 
you need telkoms pop details, that and your user name and password and your sorted.
Unless your office has an internal server then you need to have them grant you access, but from your question i assume telkoms managing your email so these settings will be in the welcom mail sent out when the mails accounts were created, if not just give them a call.
