Well I know of one - and if there is this one there are certainly a lot of others - these guys should be sanctioned - who should i email?

Yep. Unethical behaviour.
Unethical behaviour + company = me goes to next provider of service

Thank goodness South African law is not as stupid as this. Basically what has happened is that corperations have much more influence over US law, then the companies down here (...well Telkom/Eskom).

Another good example of coporate influence in the US judical system would be the recent p2p case that made its way to a Republican packed Supreme Court. The corporations power and control is increased at the expense of the public.
