iPad 64GB With Wifi & 3G - R5799

While I am not dissing the offer which is great btw but do take note it says refurbished. If you need an iPad 1st gen now with 3 G then this is ideal.

Even before the price drops that site was selling iPads on one of their daily offers and they quoted it as being massively cheaper but in reality it was only a few hundred rand. I also noticed it said refurbished, weird. Not that many people would have bought this deal, esp. being the iPad1.
 
I would rather go for a decent secondhand one from gumtree - should get it a lot cheaper.

Yeah, I've noticed the prices dropping a lot lately, but some people are still asking more for a secondhand one, than what it's costing new. We need more specials like the one from DionWired last week. :)
 
Deal is ok. Saving R1200 over buying a new one but it's refurbished so it's more just "buying it refurbished" than a "deal". Guess you wont generally find refurbs for sale in SA though.

Seeing as they have probably sold all those and won't likely get anymore - highly unlikely I rekon. Would be nice to enable more ppl to get if there was.

I missed that somehow. Saw someone advertising on gumtree stating they got it at the DionWired special.
