Hey guys :)

I have no clue what is going on, but recently I bought an Asus GTX560Ti DirectCU II and GTA 4 laggs very badly. On low settings it laggs very badly, and on high it doesn't even create 5 frames in a few seconds.

Now previously I played this exact GTA on my ATI HD 5770, and it ran nicely on quite high settings.

Other games like black ops, dragon age 2, far cry 2 etc run very smooth on maxed out graphics (Like 30 -60 fps).

Can anybody explain this?

My Specs:

GFX : GTX 560Ti 1Gb, 256bit
CPU: Intel Q8400 quad core
RAM : 4GB DDR3 1066Mhz
PSU : 500Watt 32amp (on 12V rails)
HDD : Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm 320Gb
OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

I sense driver failure.

There are new nvidia drivers out get them, and patch your game.

+1 on the drivers, mine ran badly as well before I patched the bugger (the graphics card, that is)

I have the latest driver from Nvidia.

I will try patching the game, but I must admit this is a cracked version. But like I said, this exact same one, with the exact same crack, with the same PC but HD 5770, it ran fine.

Very confused

I knew exactly what the problem was :D

I also had a cracked version, but since buying it, it gave access to patches etc. and the game ran flawlessly

Have a cracked version, and using MSI GTX 560ti ... works like a bomb, im using the drivers issued from microsoft (via win7 update) (feb 2011 I think). [win 7 64bit ultimate]

awsome game :)
