I am due end of the month to upgrade (MTN Anytime 350). Some years ago I upgraded earlier, so every year I upgrade in end of May. Contract end date is October. 2 Years ago I took out a "promotional deal" - Bold 9000 for R539 with 2 years BIS. What happens if I don't upgrade? What will my new monthly charge be? Will I still have BIS as it was only for 2 years? 808 says I will continue paying R539, but I don't trust them. Am I not suppose to pay normal rates (R350)?-

Howzit think you carry on paying the original contract price, well that's what happened to me on one of my contracts. I would check with MTN as part of the 539 would be hardware costs therefore monthly price should reduce hopefully.

Happened to a friend of ours who had an extremely advantageous rate which could not be matched currently. They kept phoning him to try to convince him to change, and he kept refusing, and so his original rate has applied for three years now...
