Which of these three cards would be a good one to purchase....considering as a budget as well....

nvidia geforce 560 ti vs 570 vs amd 6970...?

I'd say just for for the Gigabyte/Asus GTX 560 Ti OC cards at ~R2500 - see Take2 & Wootware for the respective prices.
The 560 Ti should be enough for most games, and if you require 20% higher (than reference speed) framerate, you simply overclock it to that amount over the reference speed.
I have a 2x GTX 460 and if I only use 1 and overclock it I can still play all my games (Black Ops & Bad Company 2) on high quality (just AA/AF that I don't max out) with acceptable framerates (30fps+).
THe HD 6950 is a good alternative, especially if you're going to play at 1920x1200 or higher resolutions, or if you want to power 3 monitors simultaneously.

Have you considered a Frozr II version of the GTX560Ti? From what I hear they go like the clappers and the cooling solution is a lot better than stock.
What is your budget? A GTX570 has a bit more performance for about a grand more, but the 570 supports Tri-SLI which the 560 does not IIRC. Most 6950 cards can have their shaders unlocked to up them to 6970 series cards, but this all depends on the batch you bought. Also, I have heard that some of them don't support the 6970 clockspeeds due to them being defective cards that had portions disabled to turn them into 6950 cards.

wabbit16: the Frozr II isn't worth the price difference over the Gigabyte & Asus DirectCU II cards, which already have awesome coolers.
You can get the GTX 570 from R3000 and upwards, so it's not even R1000 more.

Thats weird, I picked up the MSI GTX 560Ti 1GB twin frozer II OC because it was R200 cheaper than the asus DirectCU, and R300 cheaper than the Gigabyte OC equvilents... guess it all depends where you shop. The gigabyte one has a slightly higher clock speed though.
