Tried again to access MTN’s Internet offerings part on the MTN.co.za website, but it has now become impossible. A banner loads above the menu rolldowns which means it is impossible to click (or even see) the links. Even if you try to click on the link before the banner loads it does not work.

How on earth does a multi-billion Rand company make these mistakes, and then leave it unfixed for weeks? Is everyone just shrugging their shoulders and looking the other way?

If you are looking for a solution:

Click on packages (ignore the rolldown menu) >> then use the left hand side navigation

Standard Bank is none the better. I've been directed to the Maurtius(?) banking page quite a few times :)

Try getting the contact numbers for their stores... those numbers are completely obsolete. Looks like they haven't bothered updating that in years.

So glad im not the only one that finds the MTN website(MTN Direct for me), problematic, stress inducing and making me want to pull my hair out with frustration.

Its utter chaos, especially with regards to a full layout of the MTN deals.

A quick search requires me to redo the search before i get a result and the order of the laptop deals and specific phone deals make me no sense at all.

Try and look for a Motorola phone using the tools provided on their website.

Under smartphone all the manufacturers are listed except Motorola and a few others that do not exist on the site at all, even though one could walk into a Mtn store and choose there.

They don't care!

Then a clever fellow forumite reminds you to check the PDF document for the latest deals and you actually call them up to order a deal, the information is either wrong or delayed.(False advertising)

Even complaining about it gets you nowhere as the automated response leads to nowhere.

I was censored for saying the following on HelloPeter: YOU SUCK MTN!!!!!!:twisted::cry:
