An effective BA function ensures that the initial analysis phase and quality delivery of projects are effectively handled through accurate needs assessment, IT / Business facilitation and knowledge of the business model.
Mimimum requirements:
Relevant subject specialist qualification
Minimum of 8 years work experience, 4 years of this will be in a BA role
3 – 5 years management experience
Demonstrating skills in BA methodologies
Subject specialist knowledge and experience in Financial systems, business models –and processes
Skills in analysis, facilitation and research
