Hi there,

I am moving a new office in Main Road, Observatory, Cape Town and I want to know if I can use a Cell C Speedstick for my VOIP phone calls.

I am a sales rep so constantly on the phone from my office so I can't have any downtime.

Does anyone know if there is a latency issue with voip and the speed stick.

My company PBX is hosted in JB by Switch Telecom.

Apparently the building I will be working from has good coverage but I’m more concerned about the stability and latency.

Anyone got experience with this? Cheers

All I can say Skype is terrible on Cell C don't know how you gonna dice voip over a unstable network

HSPA is a streaming/background service and thus has no QoS...

VoIP also directly competes with the primary service of a mobile network, voice services.so go figure why its not great.
