How to enable received-email fade notification in Outlook 2010

Hi guys, where/what do I set so that outlook gives that fade in/fade out box when you receive a new email, thanks.
 
- On the Menu Bar, click [File]
- Select [Options]
- Select [Mail]
- Under the [Message Arrival] section, [Display Desktop] alert needs to be enabled.
- There are additional configuration options if you click the [Desktop Alert Settings] button.
