Mmm, makes one wonder what made them terminate the discussions. Not offered the price that they were looking for?
 
Considering that Telkoms traditional money spinning markets are slowly but surely drying up, this aquisition would have positioned then nicely for the future in Africa.
Control is everything to Telkom and their next move will be interesting.
