hey dont be discouraged... its tough out there, but yes you need a helping hand to get in.
congrats on the CCNA- its not as easy as some people think, and the fact that you know your way around a router simulator is experience enough- believe me!
I know some people in the top ISPs in the country, and they will gladly take in a CCNA with no experience, place you in the call centre for the first few months, and you will sit safely in the 1st line support group within the first 3 months, with a higher level support job within the year.
truth is: CCIE is sometimes a pie dream. CCIP / CCNP + experience is what most of the guys are sitting with.
