BlackBerry Bold 9700 loses signal all the time

Hi there

My BlackBerry Bold 9700 loses signal on Vodacom all the time(shows red SOS as signal) - only solution I figured out so far is to reboot the phone (usually required to take out battery).

Are you seeing the same? Any solution to this other than a reboot?
 
Since when did this start happening? What OS are you running RPM? Two things:

1. As you are aware...Vodacom is busy doing network upgrades. Could be they started doing something in your area.
2. Got a memo from Vodacom last week telling us that we must tell people with Blackberry 9700's to upgrade to version .448 I think it was os OS 6 as it provides better network performance.
 
Mine did that today as well. Had to reboot. I am on OS6 already. Only happened once so far.
