In the Chief Technical Officer's (CTO's) environment, Alphonzo Samuels was named as Telkom's Broadband Officer. This new position is critical as the provision of data services is central to the Company�s strategy of generating growth. With 17 years' experience and a vast knowledge of the technological environment, Samuels is the ideal candidate.

Interesting pattern there. Lawyers, marketing drones and asset forfeiture people. Oh and a broadband officer. Getting more vultures to pick over what's left? let's-squeeze-those-bastards-even-more appointments
 
or they probably just need a new 'front man/woman' that can spew drivel a bit better than Rikus de prikus.
