Position: Collections & Invoicing Manager
Reports to: Financial Manager
Overall purpose of the position
Responsible for ensuring accurate, complete and timeous invoicing of all clients and overseeing collections of all customer accounts.
Minimum Requirements
· Grade 12
· Relevant tertiary education (B.Comm, B.Tech, etc.)
· Previous experience in overseeing Invoicing and/or Collections departments
· Aptitude for systems and process driven environment
Ideal requirements
· Knowledge of the ICT industry
· Experience and interest in using and enhancing automated computer systems
· Tech savvy
Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) (specific duties)
· Accurate and timeous invoicing
· Managing team of 3 people
· Meeting predetermined Collections targets
· Continuously improve systems through innovation
The position includes but is not limited to the above KPA’s
Key Competencies (specific to the job eg: attention to detail)
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure
· People management skills
