SA financial institutions hit hard by phishing e-mails in May 2011

If you are fooled by a phishing e-mail, you deserve what you get, 'cos you are stupid. Banks should make NO restitution to clients that were robbed 'cos they are idiots. Restitution will drive up bank costs which in turn will force ME to pay for someone else's idiocy.
