My domestic worker bought a bunch of these a while back, from the post office. She got a receipt. I faxed this to somebody at MTN. I asked her the other day whether she had gotten a certificate or was getting statements or anything. She said she still had the receipt, but that she had had not further correspondence from MTN. I found this a bit strange.

What should the process be here? I'd hate for her cash to fall through the gaps.

nobody ever sent her a welcome pack, because her address wasn't registered on the system.
they will email a form which needs to be completed with her details and a copy of her ID doc.
then they'll register the address and send a pack to that destination.
