Hi guys serious problem here...
woke up this morning finding out i couldn't view any of my messages because keyboard not working...please help on what should i do....i have rebooted my phone numerous of times...can kind of move scroll left and right but keyboard buttons not working...cant evens answer it....
I don't know what to do in this situation at this moment....need a phone before i leave for work....
much appreciated thanx.....

Normally when this happens if the phone is under warranty- you take it to the cellular provider it was purchased from - They tell you it will take about 2 weeks to get repaired - after 2 weeks they tell you to come pick up a replacement phone.

Just my experiences with Blackberry

Agreed! sounds like the story...

Eish...thank you..but would i still be having my bbm contacts...when having a new Bberry?...so basically there is no way for it to be fixed?...sigh....and have all my data on there...

How would i wipe my device, seeing that i cant use my keyboard...wouldn't want them to get hold of my data...

Connect it to your pc and try and do a backup via the Blackberry Desktop Manager - when you get your new Phone, Restore it or select device switch

ok cool thanx for that....so is it garuanteed i would be receiving a new bberry?

Il be trying first if possible to re install the O.S hope that would help..i wonder how...
