Ja bud just take everything you have. Just to be sure :) How long you had the handset?

thanx bud, have it for more than year now ,next upgrade end of august , thats the earliest.

Is ur device faulty? I took my bros 9300 in abt 2 weeks back for a faulty trackpad. All I took was the device. The back cover was returned to me to keep. The device was swopped and it came with two back covers.

my keyboard wasn't working, cudnt answer calls aswell, thought it mite be a software problem, but i could use the scroll,up down, left and right, when i left it whole time on,eventualy, it works, but my device super slow afterwards, did a wipe, thort mite b software, but it keeps on going in to help screen and in contacts, or anything you type in with letter H , eish thats howcome its best to take it in

thanx just phoned earlier, just proof of purchase and of course device...but a month i hear would be receiving...eish....
