Hi,
I have a client who has a website on Telkom's hosting.
They appear to have dropped the www part of the name server which means that the domain http://villaklara.co.za works,but http://www.villaklara.co.za returns the following:-
Does anyone know how to contact Telkom's hosting providers to see if they can't rectify this. All her printed advertising carries the 'www' prefix.
