Overall purpose of the position
We are a highly-rated, leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) with a nationwide customer base of businesses and individuals, managed from our offices in Cape Town. Established 10 years ago, we are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and inspire existing Marketing team and drive growth with a particular emphasis on Referral Marketing and Brand promotion.
Reports to: Head of Product & Marketing
Minimum Requirements
o High level reporting and budget management
o Managing and reporting on team and individual targets
o Ability to nurture, recognise and inspire staff
o Social CRM and e-Marketing and online community engagement
o Understanding of Sales and Product Management
o Building and Managing Brands
o Ability to build and execute a high level Marketing plan and Brand strategy
Inherent Characteristics
o Deliver growth and increase Marketing ROI by:
o Customer acquisition
o Lead generation and conversion
o Execution of tactical marketing plan and campaigns
o Team management (targets & incentives
The position includes but is not limited to the above KPA’s
** We are a Cape Town based company and will not pay for relocation **

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Marketing, with at least 2 years in a management position
- Experience in:

o Ability to nurture, recognise and inspire staff

o Understanding of Sales and Product Management
o Building and Managing Brands
o Ability to build and execute a high level Marketing plan and Brand strategy
