Please help,problem linking my email account to my Blackberry 9800

Hey There I wonder if one of you guys can help me.

This afternoon I tried to send an email only to discover that my email settings are no longer there,so I thought to myself "no problem I will just set it up again",well it seems that I am unable to set it up.

When I go to set up,then email accounts,then add email accounts it wont go any futher than that
 
From what I saw on a colleagues phone this is a software problem. She had the exact problem and had to take it to a Vodacare who reinstalled the software.
