South, North Korea open telecom links

Imagine that...

North Korea and South Korea are now openly communicating...
Telkom still haven't dropped ADSL line rentals...
Surprised?
 
Just imagine what a snafu it would have turned out to be if that link was run by a certain South African telecoms co. I wonder if they're going to be capped too, after all spies only need to send 1.4 reports a month back to base :D
