Broadband via Satellite

Hello! A friend of mine lives between Malmesbury & Mooreesburg. There's no ADSL available from Telkom as apparently his location is too far from the nearest junction. He does have a satellite dish and I was wondering if he could get braodband via satellite instead?

Any info/links will be greatly appreciated
