Many times... ;-) works for me, just make sure of the sellers "rating" as there are lots of scummbags on Ebay... also make sure you know what you want.... ask the seller questions.

Tried a few times but couldn't get the payment options to work as paypal doesn't take for RSA. If someone has figured out how to pay please post here ?

Actually, we could use PayPal from South Africa from day 1. There was a 2 year period where South Africa was on a PayPal "blacklist" because of incompatibilities with our bank's credit card clearing system. Even during this period, if you were registered before the blacklisting started, you could still use PayPal until your credit card expired. All American Express credit cards continued to work throughout the blacklist period. From mid 2005, PayPal "reinstated" all South African credit cards as fully compatible again, except for receiving funds.kilo39 said:Biggest joke of all - PayPal was 'invented' by a South African - but only now can we use the service...
