Vox Telecom receives offer for buyout

The Independent Board of Directors of Vox Telecom today announced that it has received written notice from a consortium comprising the Lereko Metier Capital Growth Fund and Investec Bank, of their firm intention to make an offer to acquire the entire issued share capital of Vox Telecom by way of a scheme of arrangement.
 
The shareholder is taking the knock for the managements underperformance. All I see them doing is climbing mountains and imitating rock stars.

How do they know that they will perform better without being listed on the jse?

This company should be stripped and sold. There is more value in the individual components than the sum.
