I have been outsourced to a Medium Enterprise as an IT Manager. Who do i report to when i want to take leave etc? the Partner of the company i am outsourced to or My Director of the company that outsourced me? please help!

With the company that pays your salary. Your account manager must then clear it with the customer and find a replacement if needed.

Agreed. You have your normal process for leave etc at YOUR company. Before they can approve it, they need to clear it with the customer.

well im hoping you have a good relationship with your client. Is it not simple enough to tell them when you are planning on going away, get their approval for this, and then call your company to book the leave, stating that it has been cleared with the client verbally? I've done this with very large enterprise organisations and its never been a problem. The AM typically has a somewhat regular update with the client and will reconfirm the point at that meeting. Shouldnt be any issues with this.
