Vodacom and mtn must get with the program. Cell c offers a web based customization service to block specific nrs to a nr, which is perfect if you want to restrict certain nrs from phoning your kid.

I found the site below great for pre teens to get a good idea of being careful :

It uses flash videos that capture the kids attention very cleverly and does a great job of warning them about dangers on Internet (and by extension cellphones too).
