Officer: Why did you hit that car, couldn't you see it.
Driver: No, my winscreen went blue without any warning.
Officer: But you should know that all you need to do was restart.
Driver: I did but when I picked "Last known good option", it took me to dos and I couldn't see if it was a car or a dirty spot.

Of course all he needed to do was close all the other windows then restart the car :)
Any qualified MSAD (Microsoft Certified Advance Driver) could have told him that.
