Hi! can I get some suggestions on good email service providers who can give me easy set up and tech support?
 
Are you doing the template yourself, do you need them to design a cutom template or will you use a standard? Or just the mailing solutiuon?

How many email addresses do you have in the database?

depending on volumes and requirements , investigate some of the bigger ESP's

ExactTarget
Lyris HQ
and so forth


however these all depend on volume/features/functions you require out of it....else a simple off the shelf product with good support could do the trick
 
Hi I am trying mail chimp right now.. but I need providers who will help me from the scratch in designs (as UNIHOST asks) and installation and also tech support, as u can make out i am a total newbie..
 
Host your own script or installation and use a mail sending gateway like SMTP.com/Mailchimp to push out the emails.
