Zuma drink spill fiasco: any video footage?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has come across video footage of this drink spilling incident. I'd like to see for myself if it looks accidental or not.
 
That's what I'd like to know :)

A person I am arguing with on this topic claims to have seen footage of it. I've asked for a link to the footage and they've yet to get back to me.
 
Can't believe the dude was actually convicted.
 
Unfortunately, all video footage had been confiscated under the new Prevention of Unintentional Dispersion of Drinkable Liquid on Egotistical Statesmen (PUDDLES) law.
 
So now this case sets a legal precedent. So next time you go to a bar/club/any event and someone spills a drink on you, you can have them charged with assualt.
 
I have a hunch that if there was video footage, it would show a man intentionally pouring his drink onto someone below while in a particularly intoxicated state:)

In English the word fiasco means an absolute, abject or utterly humiliating failure.... And what an epic fail this whole thing is.

One would think in a country like ours there are more important things to keep the Zuma-posse busy :mad:

It's been a while, but if I remember correctly a Magistrate's Court does not set a precedent.

The fact that the guy has been found guilty is precedent enough, as in any court case in the future can refer to this finding and if they can show that a "similar case" occured then the resulting charge would need to correlate with the previous finding

Interesting. If the decision were appealed, and went to a higher court, could this then set the precedent? Can it be appealed?
