Has anybody been bump up yet?

Exchange Code RAOE

I have been phoning Telkom nonstop but still no answer from them :mad:
 
I'm on that exchange, but with attenuation of 45 and SNR of 12 at 4mb/s I have very little hope of being able to run at a higher speed.
