Hi guys
In Beyers Naude Drive there is a Shell Garage (Next to North Cliff Corner). There is a reception tower. Which service provider uses it? I live next to it and guess that the internet will be the fastest?

That's not really how it works, there is sort of an umbrella effect from coverage within something like 600m of the tower...so if you are "under" that umbrella, you would still use another tower.

Serious? I live next to the speed camera.... that is basically about 600m from the tower!!

You might be lucky....try get closer to the tower, the service provider will have a sign up to tell you who it belongs to.

Where exactly is the tower? I drove past there this morning and couldn't spot it - as I said I was driving ;<)

Are you referring to the one in the Billboard just up & opposite the fire station?
I think it's a CellC EDGE only tower, Cell ID 51034 & 61034.
No good for 3G.
