ANCYL leader Julius Malema paid more than half the R3.6 million purchase price for a Sandton, Johannesburg house in cash, City Press reported on Sunday. Malema has had the house demolished and now plans to build one costing millions more.

Not too bad for someone that only spreads hate, and couldn't put a nail into a piece of wood.
But i would LOVE to be a fly on the wall in Malema's house... this idiot is in deep shi..t, and he knows it.
Only thing is, you'll need to find out which guest house he's staying at, as his Sandton abode is currently lower than ground level! Or does he have other houses nobody even knows of???
But yeah, I imagine he's not getting much sleep these days, between stressing and being coached by ANC spin doctors on what do say and not to say...
